FLIGHT PROBLEMS
I recently bought the Dronelink "lite" license. Today I did the test for the first time with dji Mini 3 pro... I planned a flight. But at the moment of departure, when I click the "start" button, the drone takes off...It reaches a height of about 1m and stops there. On the screen of my phone I get the message that says: unable to take control. Why?

Can you explain what you mean by this, and are you sure you've downloaded the correct app for your mini 3 pro, you need Dronelink DJI which at the moment is in beta if using the RC-N1 and an Android device
Can you let us know what device you are using to fly with
I meant that I bought the "elite" license which costs €99.99.
To download I followed the instructions on your site (see photos). And I'm using the RC-N1 remote control tested with 3 Android devices: the first time I used Samsung A52s in one area and the flight plan was successful, I managed to complete it. Later I changed zone and used the Honor 8 device for another flight plan and from that moment it started to give me problems with any device (even with the Samsung A52s)... On take-off, it stops at a height of 1 m and the words "Unable to take control" appear on the phone screen.

That final link is the most upto date information on where the beta stands at the minute
If none of that is of interest then you can always look at this

look at what mode you are in, you may be in "cine mode" if so switch to "normal" and you should be fine
The problem was the cine mode, thank you.
glad you're sorted
