DL can't switch between 12MP and 48MP(DJI Mini 4 Pro)

I tried to switch to 48MP images in waypoints missions without success (when I switch camera type to High Res the app shown an error indicating its unavailable - the last attempt with this mission)...

Can you help me to do that? I'm new to Dronelink and I simply clicked on the JobSight from Adaptative On Flight menu and followed the instructions.
