Disconnect ma2s

Cesar Steven Moreno
After the last update in the Beta, my Mavic Air 2S shows me how to disconnect. All the permissions have already been given and it tells me that if it wants to access the control, I say yes, but it shows disconnected, it is as if it does not support the aircraft. I tried it on a motorola that worked on it last month and it's the same, I thought it was a problem with the current Samsung S20, but the same thing appears. I know that the cable is good because in DJI FLY it works and flies the drone without problems. Will it be any change in the BETA application? I also tell you that I have downloaded the beta from the following link for 34 and 64 bits, but it continues the same. Disconnect https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033520874-How-do-I-install-the-beta-native-app- I have enabled and disabled USB debugging, I have tried with the DJI in use, without opening it, uninstalling dji fly. I don't know what else it could be.

It's currently working on our test devices. Anyone else here having connection issues? If you downgrade to the app store version (3.3.0) does it work?

initially use the app from the android app store. and I had that problem today, validate and it had an update on February 5, this was on a Motorola one vision, which is the one I was able to use it with 3 weeks ago, which has Android 11. I tried it with my new mobile, a Samsung s20, and the same thing happens . install both store and page versions, 32-bit and 64-bit. nothing works. the cable is fine because dji fly allows perfect flight and shoots a camera view of one.

where can I find another APK to downgrade?

You either need to opt-out of the beta in Google Play, or just install the APKs linked here.

effectively with the link you gave me, I downloaded version 3.3.0 and now it does recognize the aircraft. apparently in version 3.4 if it has a bug for the ma2s

Thanks for the report. I am still unable to reproduce the issue so hopefully another user can confirm there is a problem.

I am very grateful Jim. remember that in the forum before opening this thread another user reported it, you could try to validate with him, although you will have to wait for him to respond. and again thanks.

People post all the time about connection issues (using the production app), most of which are solved by the article I linked. If he is on the beta then maybe we will find some more clues.

You are right, the same thing happens to me in the Google forums in which I am a product expert. I will keep an eye on the forum in case another similar error occurs.

Lo solucioné instalando el APK para la versión de 64 Bits, lo reconoce una vez sin ningún inconveniente, creo que la última actualización de DJI está saliendo.

I think this might be specific to devices running Android 11.

I had the problem, too. I opted out beta program, got down to 3.3.0 and it worked.

    Not specific for Android 11

    I am running 10.0.0.197 on a Huawai P20 Pro

Sorry, I meant anything lower than Android 12.

This should be corrected in the next build (187), but I still recommend not using the beta unless you are specifically wanting to test.

Thanks for the quick responses and help.  All seems to be good in my initial testing of 3.3

I'm running Android 10 and can confirm that 3.3 works for me.  The problem was when I tried to load 3.4 that it would not connect

I am experiencing the same issue:  MA2S, with Huawei L29, Dronelink 3.3, Android 10.1.0.227 (up to date).  I cannot connect the aircraft to the app.

    Any suggestions?

Does it work on a different mobile device?

If it isn't one of the reasons listed here, then I don't know.

    Good evening Jim,

I tried to connect my Air 2S to the Smart Controller without success.

    I'm using:
    Version 3.3.0 (1185) Kernel 3.3.1
    Google Services version 21.48.58
    Google Play Store 29.7.17-21

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks

Does the smart controller see the Air 2S in DJI's app / is the green light on the RC indicating it is connected?

    Hi Jim,

I hope this photograph can represent well what is happening.

    Greetings.

Is that the RC Pro? If so, the DJI SDK does not support that device yet.
