Waypoint mission photo capture interval
I started a waypoint mission using the waypoint template. I set capture to photo on the path. Mission preview shows the camera taking photos at regular intervals. My question is where is this interval set? I would to take photos but not at that rate. I know I can add a command to set this but where is the default setting? How doe's it how many photos to take by default?

I’ve never used that template so not sure without adding all the camera commands manually like you said. I looked at it and it doesn’t look like a way to change them. I believe it’s just a basic set up which would normally need a lot more added for each individual purpose. I’d just use a new plan and add the camera commands and build the mission from there. You can create a “List” with all the camera commands for any future mission plan which makes it so much faster. There are so many ways to set up a mission and that template is very basic. Suggest watching at least the first half of the Dronelink YouTube Tutorials which may help you if new using DL.
Good luck and enjoy.

I have watched all the videos. Looks like the default output shown in the mission preview is kind of an example of what can be done. I was able to program a list of commands to get what I wanted pretty easily.
Yep. Sounds good. Enjoy.
@Daniel, I am experiencing the same (I know this thread is old).
I'm setting up oblique progress images around the border of a construction site and only want photos taken at the way points. Seems like photos are being taken every 10s which (I believe) may end up not taking a photo at the exact waypoints.
Did you ever find a way to turn off the interval? I have looked through the mission and didn't find anything...
Marc Sandlhauser. If your plan is taking photos at intervals then you must have the camera set up that way. The settings stick across apps so whatever photo mode you used previously whether with DL or DJI app is the mode it is set to. Either change to single photo in the DL app manually before flight or use a camera reset list and place it at the beginning of plan and set it to single photo. It may help to see your plan so if you want additional help please share.

in that case why not start with a blank plan, and then just add photo components at the points you want them, something like this:

You don't have to use POI's, you could use gimbal, and drone heading settings instead.
The other way you could set things up is using the on the fly photo mode, you can actually check this out as explained here https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500002854541-Explore-and-Test-On-the-fly-Functions-with-a-Virtual-Drone
