ARCGIS API failed to load

Sergio Amateis

Hi

I am completely new to Dronelink and still trying to understand basic things. The documentation that I find is not well done.

Here I wrote for a specific error. Yesterday I was working on the WEB mission builder with an IPAD and all was working

Today I am working on the WEB mission builder with my Windows 10 PC, on Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116 (Build ufficiale) ( 64 bit) and when I try to preview the mission I get the error  "The ARCGIS API Failed to load".  What should I do ???

thank you.

I have found another post with the same problem (but for SAFARI)

The suggestion was to enable cross-site tracking.

I have searched for all ways to enable cross-site tracking on Chrome.

Opening specific site setting for "app.dronelink.com" in Privacy and Security section, I set all lines to ALLOW

then in cookies section, I set to OFF the line "send do not track request",

but these do not help, I always have the same error.

    Please HELP

yes Jim, that was the setting I already put OFF

But that does not solve the issue.

I don't know then. We are not able to reproduce the issue. Maybe you are using a VPN or some other non-standard setup.

I started having the same issue. I had disabled "Use hardware acceleration when available" setting in Chrome, when trying to diagnose an unconnected issue with a different app, and had left it disabled.

I was able to replicate the error message on my end, changing the setting on and off. Results may vary.

    Regards,

    Chris

For me, I suppose that Jim was right. I was working with my office PC that use ZSCALER to connect to Internet. Anyway, I was able to work on the mission builder (and preview) using Firefox.

I have this issue no matter what browser I am using. It does it on the mission builder and online in a real flight. I have researched and researched it and cannot find a suitable answer.

Not sure how else to help you as the solutions we have found work for us. If you can send us steps to reproduce that would be great, or you can request a refund at support@dronelink.com.

Tried all but not success. I should also mention that the problem arises on the pc in Windows 10. No problem with the iPhone apk.

So far everything worked very well for me, but today he tells me "the ArcGIS failed to load" I work with iMac M1 and safari, it's the first time it happens to me, I've been lost all day. What solution can you give me?

Try clearing all the browsing history, cache etc. On rare occasions I get the same error and it fix’s the issue. Also try Firefox. It has been tested and works better overall.
