unable to login to new account.

Will not allow me to login to new account. Does not recognize my password and will not allow me to reset password.

What do I do?

    Happens all the time with me, so I use FB or Google account and it works the same.

    Need more details here. Are you talking about the web app, forums, or native app? Does it have an error message or can you post a screenshot? Have you read this?

    how many apps do you have . i have a DJI mini 3 pro and I get nothing from dronelink app  keeps rejecting password I reset   getting a little ticked off

    i have a DJI mini 3 pro

    Rene Crunelle, mini 3 pro isn't supported by any 3rd party apps as DJI haven't released the SDK for it, and they don't generally release that till a year after the launch of the drone.
