As shown here the mavic 3 classic is not a supported drone, should you require a refund then you can find details on how to do that here https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500000580482-How-do-I-cancel-my-account-and-or-get-a-refund
That drone is not supported which is stated in their support section. I suggest looking through the help section to see if you have a drone which meets the requirements.
