MINI3

Hello, I will purchase a plan for testing with mini3. I saw that mini3 pro is no longer in the beta phase. Will Mini 3 also stop being beta? Thanks

Not sure where you read that but check the DL help section which explains everything. The only set up which is not Beta is the “Mini 3 Pro” with the DJI “RC Pro” controller.

Hi Mike, I'm sorry if I couldn't explain it properly. I had already consulted the article stating that mini3pro with RC PRO is no longer beta. My question is about dronelink continuing to develop so that mini3 stops being beta and becomes stable. I'm testing with mini3 and haven't used dronelink yet. Thanks

DL doesn’t usually give out information on future releases so the best thing to do is stay in touch on the forum. The Beta has been stable overall for awhile now but since you don’t already have an account it may not be the time to get it. Both Mini 3 and Mini 3 Pro are still Beta if using the RC-N1 controller with a device. Good luck.

4.9.0 will be released within a few weeks, and we believe it is now stable enough to not be called “beta” for the Mini 3.

Well done to the team, who've done a great job as ever

Hi Martin, What great news, I'm going to follow the launch and become another dronelink customer. I see that dronelink with mini3 /mini3pro has a lot of potential for 3D.

For me, it's an alpha. Crash at connexion (Oneplus 7, RC Command, DJI 3, 4.9.2 version). Not usable.

We are now on 5.1. Just for curiousity; I notice the Mini3/N1 is listet as "still in beta", but Mini4pro/N2 is not. How come, since Mini3 has been supported longer? Is the problem N1 and the physical buttons or is there other issues as well?

It is not in beta; where are you seeing that?

It is on the Mini3/Mini3pro support overview. I noticed when I updated my Android phone.  I got a bit puzled because I remember  reading it was out of beta. "Feb 2024 - Product Updates - Mini 3 + RC-N1 Full Support, Obstacle Avoidance – Dronelink".  Thougt I might be changes due to new version /Mini4.  Btw. are there any difference between Mini3/Mini3pro on Dronelink (exept for the RC pro controller)?
