Not sure why but I’d suggest using Firefox browser as I have seen this issue before. Try that first and see if it works. Firefox browser has been proven to work the best with the DL Web browser app to create, manage and edit all your mission anyway. You may even see a pop up window which suggest using Firefox, Safari or Edge over Chrome. If still an issue then someone should be able to assist further. Also sending a link for more Mini 3 help. You may have looked over this already but can’t hurt to go through it and make sure you are downloading the correct Dronelink DJI app which is still in Beta. You will need to join Beta testing if you haven’t already.

Hi Mike, thanks for taking the time to drop me a comment.
I tried you suggestion and installed Firefox on my Android. I still have the same problem but the symptoms are slightly different. When I go to tell it to download it tells me that the installer is downloaded but I look everywhere on the phone and I can think of and the installer file is not there. I'm a long time Android user and I'm perplexed as to what is making this so difficult to download and install an unknown app. I must say the last time I was successful my phone was running Android OS version 13. Maybe now on 14 things are different. If anyone out there is using an s21 running Android 14 and has been successful I'd appreciate any guidance and help.
Just go to whatever file Explorer you use, go to downloads and you should find it there
I'm another who can't install the updated Dronelink DJI app using a Samsung Note10 phone. I can see it opens a new window that instantly freezes. Ive had no such issue with previous updates.
Martin, the app does not end up in the download folder.
very strange, they end up in downloads on my zfold4
Interesting.
I didn't directly receive that file, but I did find a new shared file link from Jim with a different file name to Martin in my google drive (app.prod.dji-release-beta.apk).
I clicked on this link and it downloaded and installed the update file. Still nothing new in the download folder on my phone, but I now have the 4.9.0 app up and running.
Yeah the file I've shown might have been for the mini2 beta, but they all end up in the same place
The freezing issue after clicking the Download APK link seems to be related to the Google Drive app and the latest version.
The workaround was to either uninstall Google Drive app on the device, or to press hold the Download APK link to open additional options and then select Open in Incognito tab.
Hope that helps.
