Premium accounts do not support the DJI Mini 3 PRO?
Good evening.
I have a DJI Mini 3 PRO and RC-N1 (+ Xiaomi Mi 10T lite) remote control. I bought access to a Premium account. I have downloaded the application Betta version 4.8.3. I try to run the mission and get this message (screenshot attached). Can you please help me, what is the reason why I can't connect? Before I bought it, I never saw anywhere that it was said that the Premium account does not support DJI Mini 3 PRO.

First are you using the correct flavor DL app, “Dronelink DJI”. If so and you say it isn’t connecting to drone then check the link. Are you logged in to the correct account ? If still an issue then I’d contact their support. support@dronelink.com

I think the issue is the product name is being translated (partially) into cyrillic. Do you know why or how this is happening?
Maybe it's because my phone system language is set to Cyrillic? I will try to change the system language to English a little later. I'll give you feedback.
That's the way it is. The problem was because the phone system was in Cyrillic. I switched to English and everything worked. Haven't tried to take off yet, waiting for good weather. Thanks for your support.
