Where to found old smart controller app ?
Hello
I used for years a smart controller as a charm until I ugraded to new version app-am64-v8a-prod-release.apk
Now it's impossible to connect to my drones, I got a mavic 2 Pro and a mavic 2 Zoom ( DJI GO 4 connect without any issues )
So I want to downgrade my Smart controller but can't found where to get the previous versions, could, someone direct me ?
Regards

Are you sure you've got the correct app check out here, and have you also got the correct grade of plan, you need either Hobbyist Elite, or professional starter or growth for those drones
Check this link for info on how to download on the old SC.

Hello Mike
The only version I found on this page is the one I already install (app-am64-v8a-prod-release.apk)
I am looking for previous versions .
We typically don’t recommend running older versions of Dronelink and many times we actually force the upgrade due to issues with backwards compatibility with our server side code. Having said that, if there is a issue or bug preventing the latest build from working, we are committed to fixing it if you can work with us. Do you remembe the last version of Dronelink that was working on your device? Have you attempted to delete and reinstall the app and grant all permissions on install?
You may have already checked but the majority of times pilots who say they closed the DJI App did not actually force close it. It’s Android OS so I’m guessing it can be done the same way in the link. Swiping closed won’t work. As DL has mentioned before something like 90% of the time it wasn’t force closed/ terminated /stopped and once it was the drone connected. Can’t hurt to triple check a make sure. Only one app can be connected. If it is correctly force closed then I’m sure DL can assist to figure out why.

Thank
Before I install the last version I remove the one in use and I can't tell you the reference, probability the last released because I use to stay updated.
I will recheck all points and keep you aware.
After rechecking I found that one permission was missing and now I can connect to my drone.
Many thanks for your help

👍🏼 Cool. Enjoy.
Good to hear you are sorted, and yes it's critical that all permissions are in place
