I paid for the premium plan on my apple phone, the web app does not show me as a paid subscriber, how do I fix that.

This may sound silly but did you log in with the same user name and password when you create the account. Your account log in is different then the forum log in. If you can’t get it resolved check one of the links and they can assist with account login issues.
