Dronelink not working with Smart Controller and Mavic Air 2

Robert Bullock

I can't get Dronelink to work on my Smart Controller for Mavic Air 2.  It won't let me sign on with the email and password I set up, yet I can sign on with my computer....says "User may have been deleted". Has anyone successfully run Dronelink with the DJI Smart Controller and Mavic Air 2?

I want to make sure it works before I pay for the service.  Please help!

It sounds like you are trying to use a support center account in the native app, which is not possible (learn more).

So can you list the exact procedures to sign up and to get the Smart Controller to work with Dronelink?

So I have to pay for the app before I know if it works with the Smart Controller and the DJI Mavic Air 2?

    list the exact procedures

    1. Purchase an account from our pricing page.
    2. Follow the directions in the web app to get the native app on DJI Monitors, which link to this page.

So I have to pay for the app before I know if it works with the Smart Controller

Dronelink has worked with the SC since day one (as stated in our system requirements). The MA2, on the other hand, is in beta only, and the most recent Google Play build has had the MA2 support removed, which has been discussed in many other threads. Having said that, the beta APK is still 137, which has the MA2 support, but please be aware that the beta is not intended to give normal users pre-release access to new features (such as MA2 support). You should not be using the beta unless you are actually wanting to help us test the new features.

Thank you you for the quick response. I would like to point out that very recently, under FAQ, the system requirements now list the Mavic Air 2 "removed from beta" whereas before it was "beta".  Does this mean that it is not longer a beta version?  Is the Mavic Air 2 supported by Dronelink? As you can imagine I would like to know if it will currently work and be supported prior to purchasing.

Is the Mavic Air 2 supported by Dronelink?

TLDR: not yet (in the production versions)

Does this mean that it is not longer a beta version?

    Please read my previous post.
