Yes and yes. One would use the On The Fly "Path" feature to set the path and the framing at each of those marked points. It can be saved for repeats.

Once you figure them out for your craft you can save command sequences into named lists and plug them into future missions.

Dan, When I select "Download for off-line mission" the maps and mission are downloaded to my iPad that does not have a connection while flying. Works without issue.
