Also, iPad is on 2.4.0 (155) | 2.4.0 . Android that is working is on 2.3.1(152) | 2.3.0 Play store wants to update dronelink. Was there an update for iPad recently?

Same thing happening to me with the grey screen. Three iPads (two mini 4 and a mini 5) and two android phones were tested. Only worked on a OnePlus 7t android phone. Worked fine a few weeks ago.
