I am flying the Mini 1 with a Samsung S21.  I was flying a mission 2 days ago, it was about a 12 minute mission so close for battery consumption.  It was a little windy so the drone kept going off course, this of course eats up the battery.  I am usually not worried because I get a "battery low warning" at 19%.  This time I did not, I just happened to look at the battery indicator and it said 14%, I was quite a distance away so I started returning the drone landing it at 9%.  Has anyone else ever experienced this?  And is this a Dronelink issue or a DJI issue.  I am using a refurbished drone and flying it for only the 2nd week.  The next day it would not connect the RC to the AC and showed no firmware for the RC.  Today everything is back to normal and I did nothing.  I am wondering if I got another bad drone, this is my 8th one in 3 years.  I am in constant contact with DJI because everything they send be breaks down in a short time, one drone would not even turn on.  But yet they claim that all their refurbished drones go through a rigorous testing before sending them out.  I guess turning on is not part of that testing.

Battery issues are a hardware thing. Was the battery already automatically partially discharged when you started? Sometimes it lies about the percentage when that happens, or if the batteries are getting older and it will drop many % quickly.

The battery is only 3 months old and was just charged. I believe it was 94 %. It flew probably 14 minutes, I rarely get 15 minutes with the mini. My issue was that I didn't get the low battery warning. So that warning is a DJI issue, not Dronelink? I recorded both issues with DJI because I think there's something wrong with this drone too. I just flew a mission but too windy to finish. But at least the AC and RC connected.

Dronelink just reports whatever errors the DJI SDK tells it about.

I was out flying my mini 2 earlier today and all was good with warnings, first battery I hit return to home soon after it came on, second one stopped the mission and initiated the gym with about 1:12 of the mission to go

Check in the app what your low power settings are - maybe the previous owner set it to something like 10%?

I have been informed that the battery warnings cannot be changed. I have tried several times to recreate the issue but couldn't. My biggest problem now is that my connection between the AC and the RC keeps shutting down and shows no firmware in the RC. I have reported it to DJI but have not heard back. I can only call when it's not working and that is sporadic.I was actually on hold once when it wasn't connecting but then it connected, frustrating.

Different settings depending on which DJI App. The DJI Fly app does not have low battery adjustments. App is set at 20% for first low battery warning and 10% for critical low battery. It is extremely accurate at those preset percentages using with my MA2 and DJI Fly. I have noticed when using DL the low battery initiates RTH at about 17-18%. Not sure why but no biggie. Why it was lower is a bit strange. I’d check the firmware on both with DJI Assistant 2 (commercial drone series) PC software. This is the new software version i was advised to use by DJI now with my MA2. Otherwise the firmware can’t be read and updated on my controller. Not sure why they change from the original DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic series but this newer softwares is working as it should. Just a thought. Never know when it comes to software/ firmware stuff. Good luck.
