Update issues

Julian Perry
Yesterday was the first time I had run a flight plan in the field (with a Mavic Mini) after the recent update and I encountered a couple of problems.

The first is with regard to editing a flight plan on the go on my iPad, which I use with my drone. As often happens, I needed to tweak a plan to make small changes based on, in this case, the position of an orbit that was not in fact flying exactly where the plan said it should but was about 10 feet out.

To try and make the changes, in my urgency, I went to the web app via my browser (instead of the ‘edit plan’ option from inside the DL fly app). In the browser, I could not move any item or make any changes despite the padlock being open and green. When you put your finger on the screen the context menu comes up and an unrelated one (see grab).

Indeed if I try and do some work on my flight plans at home on the iPad the same happens so maybe some bug with the iPad?

The second query is that when looking at the plans of a series of orbits, I noticed all my gimbal angle settings had vanished and I can see no way to reinstate them.

In an orbit I used to have a gimbal angle and heading direction, I think it was called, so in an orbit, I could point the camera outwards instead of towards the center as well as at the right downward angle depending on the height I was at. Have all these been moved to POIs or something? If so I’ve had no warning that plans would behave differently during actual missions so a trip was partly wasted as I could not get what I had planned.

Thoughts welcomed.

On the context menu issue, you can't long press on the map to grab a marker, you have to just tap and start dragging without waiting.

    Good Morning,
I currently have the Mavic Air 2 drone and the Elite plan. I want to upgrade to $19.99/month Starter plan. I'm going to buy the Mavic DJI 3 Enterprise, which is on the $39.99/month Growth plan. I ask how much will I pay for the upgrade from Starter to Growth?

    thanks
    Jesus

If you want to upgrade from Elite to Starter you have to email support@dronelink.com.

If you upgrade from Starter to Growth, the system automatically prorates the amount left on the current month or year, depending which billing frequency you selected originally.
