Update 5.3.4 Available but cant get it to update
Hi Team,
For some time now I receive the notice to update to Vers 5.3.4...my current version is 5.3.3 (2320) Kernel 5.3.1
I have tried everything...uninstalled the old version from my Samsung S25 Ultra, my drone is a Air2S and I have been using this combination since 2024 with no issues.
Since this update message appeared I have been battling to connect when trying to run a mission.
This is quite urgent as I need to complete 6 different flying missions.
I tried to download directly from Dronelink's site but its not working.
can someone please send met the correct download ling here or to my email address that is registered here.
I am on the professional starter plan.

Dronelink staff will need to check their link to see if there is a problem downloading the updated version. For now if your using the 5.3.3 and having trouble connecting id check the DL support article. It can be accessed by clicking on the link on black live feed screen which will take you directly to the support article.

just downloaded and installed 5.3.4 to both my z fold 7 & tab s10 FE+, and successfully connected my Mini2 and the Tab

@Martin Reading, I managed to install 5.3.4 eventually.
Went flying this morning and I kept getting the following errors:
1. Aircraft encoder error, after a couple complete restarts...drone, controller and cell phone message disappeared.
2. Check if battery installed correctly...did that and even changed batteries.
3. Communication to the battery is abnormal. Please land as soon as possible and check battery installation, which I did, changed battery again.
Managed to complete 2 mapping missions.
As I started the third mission urgent message came on drone lost control with controller and crashed.
Managed to recover the drone but gimble stuck. With my technician now for possible visit to DJI repair centre in Cape Town.
Any advice or your thoughts on the errors.
Lasty are you sure 5.3.4 fixed all issues.

Sounds like a hardware issue. Can’t hurt to do a refresh of the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2 Software. If that doesn’t help then repair may be necessary especially with all those errors.
The DL app just reports the errors which come from the DJI SDK.
