Refund Request - Plan Incompatibility due to DJI SDK Limitations
Hi Dronelink Support Team,
I am writing to request an immediate cancellation and full refund of my recent purchase of the $129.99 plan.
Upon setup, I realized that Dronelink cannot be used with my equipment setup. My primary drones are the DJI Mini 4 Pro and DJI Air 3 / Mavic 3 series, paired with the DJI RC 2 controller. Because DJI has not released an Android Mobile SDK for these models/controllers, the Dronelink app is completely unusable for my fleet.
Since I am unable to utilize the software for the sole purpose it was purchased for, I request a full refund of the $129.99 charge back to my original payment method.
