Money Refund app not working
Dear DroneLink, 5 days ago I purchased Basic Hobbyist license for 25USD and upgraded to Elite for another 75USD. I spent 2 whole days trying to get your app working on DJI Smart Controller using DJI Air 2S drone, which is nearly impossible. I don't have more time to deal with your app and I don't want to. I apply for a full refund since the app is not working and you state at your website you make refunds if they are requested in 30 days of purchase. I tried to contact you via the email first but I received an automatic message that you mark my request as "solved" and will not respond since I don't have Email Support since I am only a hobbyist user.
I hope we can solve this issue quickly. Please write me how should I apply for refund. I don't want to write my login email here.

I don’t work for DL but I understand your frustration. There is info on how to use the SC which many use without issue. Many pilots here who can assist you. Sorry to hear you could not get it to work because it’s an amazing app. I’m sure DL will respond. Either way, Good luck.

A pity that you are judging your experience with Dronelink by using it on a really underpowered controller from DJI. I initially thought the smartcontroller was cool because who doesn't want to have the stick and the screen all-in-one but when you look at how it is useless for third party apps, well, let's just say, mine ended up on ebay. People want these things, and I cannot figure out why after using it. The SC is junk. The RC Pro I got with the M3 is fine, but still not a proper replacement for an android or ios tablet.
My advice, keep dronelink, dump the "smart" controller.

Not sure what you were referring to about getting a support email marked as solved without someone addressing your concerns, if anything that was a mistake. However you are correct that we provide technical support to Hobbyist users on the forums.
As the others stated, the best experience and setup will be without the SC, although many are successful with that as well.
