telemetry unavailable with dji mini 4 pro and ios 26.1
hello,
dji mini 4 pro worh good with DJY Fly apps but with Dronelink i have TELEMETRY UNAVAILABLE and i cannot take off the mini drone 4 pro. this is new drone. Can someone help me. thank you. Bruno

Are you sure you are using the correct version, for the mini 4 pro you require Dronelink DJI which you can find by following the instructions on this link

If it is a Mini 4 then the app works with an Android OS device so it’s probably due to something during the setup. What specific controller and what device, (make and model) are you using ? Check the support page for more detailed assistance. Check and make sure you have granted all the permissions which are a total of 11 and they all must be granted. Also check to make sure the DJI Fly app is not running in the background as described in Issue 3.2. Most of the time when you power on the controller it will automatically open the DJI Fly app and it will be running in the background. It must be forced closed as described in the support link otherwise the app will not connect and/ or you may have other issues. If everything has been done correctly then it could be not enough satellites before take-off, a device compatibility issue or an intermittent cable problem. Try another cable and/ or unplug and plug back in.

Me pasa lo mismo con mi iphone 15 v26.2, no me da telemetría a un mini 4 pro
David Romero. Read above. The Mini 4 cannot be used with an IOS device, only Android OS.
