mavic air 2 no conecta con dronelink

buenas tarde

realice mi plan de vuelo en en la aplicación de dronelink elite y cuando ya todo esta listo para realizar el vuelo el programa no se ejecuta por que aparece desconectado y en la lista de chequeo aparece AIRCRAFT BATTERY 0% lo cual no reconoce las carga de la batería y no permite realizar el vuelo y en otra aplicaciones como dji fly y drone harmony si puede volar entonces son fallas de la aplicación

When running the app for the first time did you accept all the permissions. Try deleting and installing again. Make sure all the permissions are accepted. The MA2 works with Dronelink.

It using an Android OS device but you may want to install the APK from this link. Some pilots have had better results doing it this way other than through the App Store. Maybe this will help.

Suddenly my DJI Mavic Air 2 has lost connection to Dronelink. Just says Disconnected at the upper left corner.

The connection is fine in the DJI fly app.

Have checked for updates and restarted everything. and run through the links above.

I have reinstalled Dronelink. Removed DJI fly app completely.

Nothing helps

Anyone knows what I can do?
