Impossibilità da bug, a modificare il piano di volo
Buongiorno a tutti, ho una versione di Dronelink, che sul Mac, (con S.O. Sequoia 15.5) non mi permette di accedere alla modifica del piano di volo e inoltre non mi dà accesso alla sezione aggiornamenti. Sapreste darmi una dritta? Grazie.

Hi, Mike. Do you know why I can't to modify the Plan with my software Drone link? I have a Mini Mac M1 with S.O. Sequoia. I click over the 3 dots, but none window become opened.

All you need to do is click on the plan to open it, not the three dots next to it. Maybe that’s what you’re talking about. I suggest going through much of the DL support articles and tutorial videos to understand the Web app and Mobile app.
Grazie Mike, col tablet infatti cliccando sui 3 puntini, ho potuto modificare il piano di volo salvato. Questa differenza col pc non la potevo immaginare. Infatti da pc non ci ero riuscito.
It may be due to you using an unsupported browser. I suggest using Firefox browser. It is the best one to use with DL Web app.
I still suggest sending a screen recording of what you’re talking about. There is no three dots to open a plan. The three dots next to each plan are for deleting or copying the plan. If you’re selecting copy from the three dots next to the plan then that will work but isn’t necessary and not how you open an existing plan. You should be able to click on the plan name to open it as the screenshot I sent shows. It is very simple so there is something you’re miss understanding. Send a screen recording of the procedure you’re using so someone can help further. It doesn’t matter what platform you’re using whether a laptop, PC or mobile device, it all works the same.
Io cliccando sui 3 punti (A), posso modificare il piano di volo come si vede dalla finestra a tendina (B). Purtroppo ho passato un periodo dove non riuscivo più ad accedervi.
That is the Mobile app to fly the missions. You need to use a Web browser.
Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari are supported browsers.
Haven’t heard back from you in a few days so I’m curious if you now understand that you need to use a Web Browser, not the Mobile app. Since you’re new to Dronelink I suggest spending some time going through the DL support articles. There is a ton of information to include some tutorial videos as well which will help and would probably have got you using the proper Web app sooner. DL is a very powerful app and has so many features and functions it will take time to learn many of them.
