Upgrade

Hi. I paid for the upgrade from basic to premium and it appears charged $ 40.00, not the 20.00 difference. What I can do?

    I have exactly the same problem. I went to upgrade to premium and it is trying to charge me the full $40 not the $20 difference.

    Ho do we resolve this?

    Are you logged in when you go to the upgrade page? If so, it should prompt you with a list of accounts that are eligible to upgrade. If not, can you please send a screenshot.

    Greetings, 

    I hope your day is flowing perfect. I'm sorry for reviving such an old post, but I have the same problem. I just paid for the mapper plan, thinking it was the all in one mapping options. However,it lacks of many options i do need. I want to change from mapper to Elite, but it charges me the full ammount. I've only one account and logged in int the upgrade screen, could you please be so ind and help me solve my issue? Here are 2 screenshot. Thanks.

    We do not allow upgrades between plans that allow different types of flights (recreational vs commercial). See the note here.
