Customer support ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great work DL
The auto upgrade for existing Hobby subscribers to Hobbyist Elite when the subscription structure & pricing changed was as unexpected as it was welcome.
Thankyou
(Jim, I'm on Android / DJI Smart Controller so can't leave an IOS app review ☹)

I also wish to extend a huge thank you to Jim and Eric for upgrading our hobbyist accounts. Jim has even answered a couple of questions I had asked in email which I was not entitled, but did not realize. As a retired programmer, I can appreciate the time and effort that has gone into this effort and having a forum to support your product like this is awesome.
You're welcome!
My account wasn't upgraded, can this still be done?
Free accounts were discontinued and you need signup for one of the paid accounts to keep flying:
https://app.dronelink.com/pricing
So what were the hobbyist accounts that were upgraded?
People that signed up for the $20 Hobbyist plan, which is also now discontinued.
But I still see option to sign up for hobbyist plan (20 usd, basic) - is it different from the "hobbyist" 20 usd package?
If I pay for this one, can I upgrade later at part if the cost, or will I have to pay the full fee again?
Also - if I created plans within the free account that are not supported in "basic" will I be able to edit and fly those ones already created?
The Basic plan is different than the legacy Hobbyist plan:

Upgrade pricing is discussed here:

If you want to keep flying / editing, you will need to pay.
I have no issue with paying, i just want to make sure I chose right plan. If I chose the "basic" what will it cost to upgrade later to either premium or elite?
The cost of upgrading between hobbyist plans is the cost of the new plan - the cost of the current plan.
Thank you!
Thank you so much for the upgrade. I logged on to drone link today to find that my plan said "hobbyist elite" and ran on over to the website to see what that meant. I guess it just meant that I got to keep all the things that I originally paid for, plus a little extra! Thanks again Jim for all the hard work you do for this community, I see your comments everywhere which means you really care about dronelink users! 20/10 for customer support!
Thanks for the kind words!
Does the 64 bit version for Android only run on a 64 bit os or can it also run 32 bit?
There is a 32bit APK:

Let's try to keep it to one topic per thread.
Well the title was Customer Support :-).
Thanks you,
I think it is safe to categorize the whole forum as support :)
I have a Mavic Air2s. My phone used is a Samsung Galaxy S20. I bought the Dronelink basic plan.
I want to do some 3d mapping. I also want to use Google Earth.
What plan do I need to purchase?
If I upgrade do I get credit for the payment I just made for the basic plan.
If you upgrade you just pay the difference between your existing and new plan
Thanks just upgraded to elite. Looks like it works with my Air2S.
Much learning to do.
Paul, you'll find lots of great advise on here and the official Facebook group
Can you assist me with some information please?
