I can’t connect with dji smart controller

I just installed the smart controller app, but I get a error message when I try to connect with my account. Some solution?

    There are many other threads on this topic already. It sounds like you didn't install all the APKs in the instructions:

    FYI - I never got play to run on SC but dronelink still worked fine. You can use Amazon or apk pure to get the apk files you need.

    You need to do a bunch of hacks to get play to run for one because it an old version of android and two because DJI never paid up to google for play.

    I am having the same issue with the error message after installing the .apk from the link - https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025829973-How-do-I-install-the-native-app-on-DJI-monitors-.  The only file that I can download is "app-prod-arm64-v8a-release.apk".  Are there other .apk files that are needed to get this app running on my smart controller?

    Thank you!  It works now.  Just maybe clarify that "all" .apk's to be installed under device for us dense ones, lol.
