Adjustments during waypoint mission

Is it possible to make elevation and gimbal adjustments while flying a waypoint mission?

It would be very helpfull, as I'm flying a road reconstruction project showing monthly and sometimes bi-weekly missions.

The roadway changes and it is in mountain terrain.
