I'm not sure exactly what you have done, but I'm guessing you've tried to enter the wrong password too many times and its locked you out, try the instructions here to reset it, if that doesn't work then drop them an email at support@dronelink.com
Yes, that is exactly what I have done. I tried my password too many times. But I reset it and now it works. It must have a time limit that you have to wait because I waited overnight and now it seems to work.

Always best to login while at home or wherever you usually have service. Once logged in all your plans are available immediately in the mobile app. If you download the plans you want to run before going to an area without any service you can download for off-line. No service is necessary to use the app. Good luck.

Good to hear you got it sorted, for future reference if you think you are going to be flying in an area with bad internet, you can download the mission for offline use prior to going out in the field
