HOW DO I REPOSITION A PLAN ON THE MAP

Hey, simple and maybe a bit stupid question : how do I move (a bit) a plan on the map (same area)

I have searched by google, chat gpt and answers are not correct (right click, long click etc...) must be very simple ? Thanks

To move a component, all you do is click and drag on the bit circled in red on the screen shot below
