Obstacle Avoidance for DJI Enterprise Drones
Are the Obstacle Avoidance functions for DJI Enterprise Drones (especially the M3E and M3T) fully enabled now in Drone link? I've recently seen information on You tube stating Drone Link does not have Obstacle Avoidance enabled for DJI Enterprise drone.
When (how long ago) was Obstacle Avoidance implemented? I'll correct the you tube videos if I have this information Thanks, Daniel.

My understanding is that the set-up done in Dji App is applicable in Dronelink.
Hi Daniel. My understanding is it has been working for quite awhile. The DL help article even has all the commands which will work to include OA commands. So as long as you either enable it in the DJI app first which then sets it in the firmware or with a drone command it should work. Not sure if it was when it was released or at a later date but OA commands were added in 01/23/2023 according to the release notes. Hope that helps. Enjoy.

Thanks Mike and Stephan. Drone-U's comment from 3 months ago was:
"Have you seen it work though? We just did this video last week, the obstacle avoidance didn't work. WE didn't expect it to, but it also have empirical evidence that it didn't work. Brandon also downloaded the most recent version of the app, maybe in the update they didn't include it or caused another bug? Thanks for reaching out and commenting, something is not right because we witnessed this issue literally on friday."
I'll correct incorrect the YT Video statement here: https://youtu.be/uY8UOoi-XTM?si=sH8EkUZnipB8664q&t=237
Daniel Snyder, nice video.
Don´t know if you´re the one that explains.
Yes, info at 4´15 is to be updated.
I’d test it by flying the drone manually with the DL app towards a tree, building etc, slowly and see if it works. Doesn’t need to be a mission. As always I’d set it up in the DJI app first and 99% of the time I never even turn on my OA on my MA2 since I’m well above the ground and nothing that close. Good luck.
Here is another article I found. Maybe it’s a set up issue.
