Hi Gerald. Not sure where you tried downloading it but the posting Jacob sent in your other post will take you to the DL download section. Make sure you select your correct drone and then the RC-N1 controller which is the only one for the Mini 3. I tried the download and it took me to Google drive to download it, not Google store. As far as the DJI Fly app it has nothing to do with the DL app. You should go to the DJI download center to see which version is current and download it from there. Sending some more links which will get you there.

Bingo, switching web browser allow me to get the apk. The installation was smooth and upgraded DJI Fly to version 1.12.8
