Dji mini 3 pro not conecting to dronlink app on mobile device

Skyfly
when I open the dronlink application on my phone, it does not recognize the model in the upper left corner where it says dashboard. Dji fly app works normally. Even when I force stop dji fly it is no different. Followed all instructions and tried several times to download dronlink beta app. Everything is also updated to the latest version. The android phone model is samsung galaxy A52 - chipset Qualcomm SM7125 Snapdragon 720G 64bit.

Are you sure you've downloaded the correct version for the mini 3, if you follow the link below and enter all the relevant info it will take you to the correct version, which for mini 3 is Dronelink DJI

I am sure i installed the correct app for dji mini 3 pro, rc-n1 controller, 64bit beta version. I granted all premissions when oppening the app on the first run. Lihgts on drone arms flashing green, so it is paird with controller.

The biggest reasons it won’t connect is in that link ink Martin sent. Even though you said you closed the DJI Fly app you may not have fully force closed it. Swiping up will not work. Follow the instructions in the link and check 3.2. On how to force close the app. Also you must grant all 11 permissions. Either of those two issues are usually the problem about 90% of the time. Does the app indicate “Dronelink DJI” app, not the Dronelink flavor.
