We change our plans and features from time to time, but this only applies to new users who are purchasing. If you purchased a plan in the past (of the same name), you are simply on a previous version of that plan and all the features that were available at the time of your purchase remain intact. Hola buen día, estimado entonces debe haber alguna falla o algo paso en alguna de sus actualizaciones... podría revisar le dejo una imagen con el problema que tengo en simple conclusión NO puedo cambiar la velocidad de vuelo y antes si podía le agradecería si lo pudiera solucionar y ademas me manda a la maxima velocidad q son 28 a 30 km yo simpre configuraba a 16 km/h,

Estoy ocupando el explorador de windows (pero no creo que sea ese el problema) Si, eso es lo que digo... antes no tenia ninguna restricción para cambiar ninguna configuración en lo que era ese modulo de mapa, no se a se cuanto apareció por que vengo repitiendo las misiones de hace tiempo, hace unas semanas atras hice otra nueva y comenzó el problema

No es eso, tampoco me deja ingresar números de manera Manual, dice que es para usuarios Growth o empresa, pero esa opción yo la tenia antes
This happens when you are changing Speed (max) or Capture Speed (max)? The latter is Growth / Enterprise only and has been always.
Tiene razón estimado Jim me aumentaron la velocidad de captura de 16,1 km/h a 36,2 km/h (ósea eso fue lo que cambiaron en condiciones) y además no me deja poner la velocidad del vuelo de dron, en cualquiera de los casos, podría volver a como estaba antes por favor? lo único que pido es volver a la configuración anterior
The capture speed setting has never been available in the Elite plan, only the speed setting. If you are just trying to change the speed of the map, set that one instead.
No puedo, no me deja, ud puede hacerlo de manera remota? y lo que ud menciona sobre la velocidad de captura puede volver a dejarla en los 16,1 y no en los 36,2 que se reflejan en nuevas misiones?, a eso es a lo que me refiero cuando dije que cambiaron nuestras opciones de configuraciones, aunque esto es solo una suposición uds añadieron la velocidad de captura que antes no recuerdo haberlo visto y por eso me surgue este inconveniente, que no creo q sea el único, yo me di cuenta hace poco
I don't understand the question. Are you saying you are importing a mission plan that has been created by someone with a Growth account, and that they changed the capture speed and you want to change it to something else? That is not supported.

No se si tenga acceso a mi cuenta de manera remota si la revisa se dará cuenta que las misiones las cree yo, de hecho esta de manera publica mi cuenta, realmente ya no se como explicarle lo que digo, pero si revisa mi cuenta vera que ya no es igual a cuando empecé con configurar. Espero pueda revisar y darse cuenta de lo que digo
I’ve been using DL for three years and as Jim stated Hobbyist plans have never had capture speed feature so it would never have worked before. I’d would suggest using Firefox browser as it has been proven to work the best. The 4 browsers which DL officially supports will be much better then the Explorer browser which is a resource sucking piece of software. Others will work but best to stick with what works best and Firefox is the one. Also I believe Jim is correct on needing to reduce the font size for the browser if you can’t see some of those values.
The max speed can be set for the mapping component and if you want it to capture at 16kph then set it to that. Easy enough. If you can’t figure it out you can share your mission and someone can assist to set it up so it captures at roughly that speed. The link indicates which 4 browsers are supported and a browser war video showing the difference in performance. Hope this help. Enjoy.

Seguí sus instrucciones instale Firefox, configure a 16,1 km/h como máxima velocidad y en estimación de velocidad máxima me sigue saliendo los 28 km/h que es con lo que me he encontrado cuando vuelo el dron
That’s not the mapping components speed, that’s the motion component speed which can be different. You need to click on the map component and change the max speed. You must have that set to 28 Kph. The motion component speed you set at 16 Kph means it will fly on the approach to the mapping component at that speed.

y por eso digo que NO puedo cambiar la velocidad esta como bloqueado no me aparece numero no puedo digitar números, no puedo cambiar esa configuracion

There is no reason why it won’t let you change the mapping speed. If you aren’t able to then something else is wrong as all components like Waypoints, Orbits, Mapping or any component always have a max speed setting. Have you reduced the Font size for the browser as Jim mentioned. If it is to big it may not show the value or allow you to enter it. I changed your shared plan to 16 Kph without any issue. Go into the Firefox browser settings and reduce the font size to about 12 point or even less and check it. The Web app is the same regardless of what drone or DL plan you have. There is no restriction based on your plan.
If you go to the top bar on Firefox browser and click on Tools and then settings you can scroll down under general settings and look at what the Font type and size is. I use Times New Roman at 16 and no issues. Also check the zoom level which on mine is set to the default of 100%. Lets us know if any issue after changing. It must be a browser setting or possibly a PC system display format or scaling.
If you are seeing the upgrade prompt you are almost certainly attempting to change the wrong setting (probably capture speed (max) instead of speed max (max)). If you think this is not the case, please provide a screen recording showing the issue and we will see if there is a bug, but currently no one else is reporting any issues with this.
Hola buen día, acabo de cambiar la configuración que mencionan, y Si tienen razón, pide una letra chica (times new román 12 y zoom 100%) que incluso así me cuesta ver todos los números, (tengo escrito 16,1) Podrían mejorar esa casilla de velocidad máxima porfavor
y en la app también existe el mismo problema, no se alcanzan a ver ni las flechas menos los números, de antemano se agradece su gestión y gracias por el tiempo de atencion
There are no arrows when using the Web app with a Device only on a PC. Really no reason since you use your finger and not a mouse.
Dronelink added all the other languages not long ago and it appears the Spanish language format as well as other languages are causing this issue. Maybe DL can do something to correct this if even possible. For now just switch to English and set the value then change back to Spanish. It literally takes seconds in the Web app. May not be the best solution but for now at least you will be able to see everything. Looks like the problem has been discovered but I don’t know if it can be fixed by DL. Good luck.
