DJI Mini 3 (not the PRO version)
Hello,
I have a DJI Mini 3 (not the PRO version). I've been following the evolution of improvements in the beta application, but they mainly refer to the DJI Mini 3 Pro. I would like to know if the improvements applied to the Pro model also apply to the basic Mini 3 model, or if they have a different process. I have doubts before buying DroneLink for this reason.

Crashes were on both so no difference as far as I’ve read. The mass majority of crashes have been fixed but it is possible that some devices may still have other issues. I would suggest using a bigger name brand device rather than one of the many cheaper devices. You can purchase a basic Hobbyist plan and try it and if any problems with it you can request a refund within the time limit. You should know fairly quick if it works with your device.

I bought the Hobbyist plan the other day. Went on a 10 min long flight with my Mini 3 (not Pro) and it did make its way back home. Going to try a waypoint mission soon. Didn’t have a crash during flight, had a few picture freezes. I would say go for it.
MG - what was the sequence you used to successfully connect your Mini 3 to Dronelink? I feel like I've tried everything but still can't get it to connect.
Matt Bielejeski. Which device/ controller ? You must use the Dronelink DJI app, not the Dronelink version for the Mini 3. A couple links which has more then enough info to download the proper app version and connect it. If you do have the correct flavor/ version then check the third link which is the same as if you just click in the “drone not connecting” message in the app. If done correctly you should have no issues.
