VOLAR SIN DATOS (DJI AIR 2S)

Programe un vuelo, una reticula sencilla, en el sitio en donde se iba a ejecutar el vuelo, no hay señal de celular, ni internet, ni datos, al ejecutar el vuelo, indico ERROR 137, se reicio el DRONE, en varias ocasiones, y logre levanta al vuelo al DRONE, despues de 2 minutos de vuelo, la aplicacion DRONELINK, se desconectaba y el drone, quedaba estatico, respondiendo al comando del control remoto de RTH.

alguno de ustedes, sabe como resolver ese tipo de errores.

    descargue el plan de vuelo, al celular, y durante la ejecucion, se desconecto la APP.

    If the drone disconnects this is a hardware / RF interference issue.

    OF López Carreño. What problem ? Is the drone disconnecting or something else. What device are you using and which Dronelink app and version ?

    Al planificar una mision de mapeo sin conexión (descargando el plan de vuelo en el movil) se desconecta y no realiza la mision, mavic air 2 se app dronelink premium

    If the drone is disconnecting from the app then check the link or click on the “drone not connecting” in the DL app window when it happens. It will take you to the same link. I’m guessing you have the DJI Fly app still running in background. It needs to be force closed as swiping up will not actually close it and the link has the instructions on how to properly close the DJI Fly app. DL has a lot of help articles and tutorials so I’d suggested bookmarking the help section for future assistance. The mass majority of common questions and even more in-depth questions are in that help section and can be very useful.

    You didn’t give your specific device model, (example: phone, tablet, iPad etc) or Dronelink version, (example 4.8.2 which is the current production version). If using the current version and if you follow all the instructions in the link correctly it will work. If not then they will need more specific info on your actual device and which Dronelink version.
