Dronelink is causing can connect to mavic mini

Johan Hidalgo

I have a mavic mini that is not connecting to the app, the app displays that is disconnected and does not show telemetry and camera, but if I use dji fly I does display the drone telemetry and camera. Dronelink is causing disconnection between the drone and the phone

Hi Johan Hidalgo, a couple of questions

    1. are you sure you've got the correct version of Dronelink (try going here to make sure you have https://www.dronelink.com/download)
    2. What phone are you using

Also have a read here that explains common connection problems and how to solve them

If it is the original Mavic Mini then I just tested mine and it connects using my iPhone 8 Plus. I am using the latest Beta version 4.8.2 (277). Not sure about the production version but I’m guessing it should work as well. The mass majority of time the issue is the DJI Fly app is not force closed/ terminated before connecting DL. IOS is much easier but any Android OS device needs to be done as per the DL instructions. Swiping closed with an Android device is not enough. Since my MM is connecting using my iPhone then I’d triple check the list and specifically make sure the DJI app is actually forced closed with the A53. Also make sure the Fly app isn’t still running in the background on the iPhone.
