    hello,
I bought the license for my dji Mini (1) :

Big problem: no return of the image on the screen of my smartphone. The mission is carried out, the program takes the photos but I do not see the live image. My camera works well though (I tested it in the DJI application). What to do please? THANKS

Which device model are you using ? There are two Dronelink app versions. If a device which uses Android OS make sure you have accepted all permissions. There are a lot of them. A couple links which may help.

    Hello,
I am having the same problem. I bought the app, connected the Mavic mini and than no live image. I also tried everything above. Every 2-3 minutes I see a short live image but not constant.

I have the original Mavic Mini and I’ve have had no issues using with my iPad. What device manufacture and model are you both using ? I’m guessing Android devices and probably missed all of the permissions which are a lot. Between both Martin’s and my post you should be able to easily download the proper app version and have it working in no time. If it is the correct app then it must be in the set up process and more then likely a missed permission of which all of them must be granted.

Mabye that is the reason. I am using a Google Pixel with Android 13 and also a original Mavic mini. I tried all of the tips and nothing is working. I downloaded the correct App (I used the link above) and nothing happend. I checked the permissions and the FAQs and nothing could help. But the main problem is, I used several years drone harmony and it was working but now I needed to switch the App because of Android 13 and I paid nearly 30 € and nothing is working. I am a professional drone pilot and it is not possible to get this App running with my drone. So now I am using DJI Fly again and I am a little bit agry about this app.

Just pulled out my wife’s Mavic Mini and blew the dust off of it. lol…. I have rarely used it but I connected to DL App and everything is working as it should. Live camera feed, telemetry and no errors. It even works with my old iPhone 8 Plus. Regardless of which device you must make sure the DJI Fly app has been properly closed. IOS is easy because swiping up force closes/ shuts it down. If any Android device then swiping up isn’t enough and not actually shutting down the app. It needs to be force closed in the settings. The process is explained in the link and although it says for Remotes with a screen using DJI Pilot it’s the same process. DL recommends all apps should be force closed due to the processing power needed to run missions. Just always better to only have DL app open to make sure there are no issues but particularity and other DJI App. Hope you find this useful and good luck.

Ole. Which pixel model is it ? Have you tried another device ? Did you force close the DJI App as described in the link. It sounds like DJI app is still running and only one app can be connected at a time. Otherwise you may not have live feed or other issues.

I installed the DJI App after I tried dronelink and I read this tip already before downloading the DJI app. It's nice that DL is working on IOS but I'm using a Pixel 6a with Android 13 and here it isn't working. Of course I can fly the drone and can catch images but without live streaming, so I can't see what image I take.

Ok. Unfortunate that it won’t work with that device. You can request a refund.
