Dronelink DJI crashes all the time

When I start up DJI mini 3 pro + RC-N1 and make a connection, it disconnects all the time. So it's difficult to make a connection and when there is a connection, the settings like shutter speed or aperture cannot be adjusted. It competely does not work properly.. not even when I am NOT in the air. Anyone suggestions?

If the app is disconnecting from the drone, then this is the most likely reason. If the app is actually crashing, this is the reason:

You said it connects sometimes but not always. If not connecting all the time to the drone then something with your setup. The connection to drone should work as the majority of pilots with the new Mini 3 Beta are using it. I’d go through this link I’m sending and make sure you have checked all the other possibilities in this article. Good luck.

    DJI Mini Pro 3

Dronelink 4.6.0(259) (Google Play Beta) & Dronelink DJI 4.6.0(259)

    Phone TCL30SE (6165S) Android 12

    Good afternoon,

I've been following the beta post for the past 2 weeks. Hoping someone would suggest something that could get a single mission to complete without an app crash.  I've noticed messages that the gimbal was over voltage or stalled but turned out I left the SD card out.  App crashes usually 30 sec into the first waypoint start of any mission.  Is there anyway to see the error logs.  I would really like to know what is causing the crashing of the app. (I've forced stopped DJI)

I noticed the Google Play Beta (never was able to get this version to work) has Classic mode but the DJI Drone version doesn't show it.   I'm new to Dronelink, been using Litchi for years but it doesn't support Mini 3 pro yet so I jumped ship.

Here to help if you need anything tested.

    Thanks!

The version on the Google play store is for drones pre the mini 3, mini 2, air 2s etc, and works well with these drones
