Setting up an "app", account ...

I know I have a "service", account ... I used my password to get here. I set up 2 accounts, and assume, the first, or second account is for the app ... I made certain to use the same password for each. When I begin the app, I get an Aerial, but a few seconds later, a request for my password(for the app?) ... After entering my password, the the computation band, joes goes, and goes and goes, and goes ... After 10(?) Minutes or so, til I shut the program(?), Down. I would like some assistance, figuring what could be happening ... John

    The user name and password you use to log into the forum doesn’t work with the DL app. Need to set up the app separately. You can use the same info if you want but you must set up the DL Web/ Native app separately. If still issues logging in you can email them.

    I'm 73 years old, but let me get this straight ...

     

    I need 3 "separate", accounts to basically use Dronelink, the forum and service ...

    My ONLY concern when I started into this mess, was to use Dronelink ... I never intended to use "service", or the "Forum"  ... Only used "Service", because the app, set up required it, and never intended to use the "Forum", but for the problems I experience trying to use the app ...

     

    I would think a person, can pay for the app, setup an account to use the app, and not wind up going down Rabbit holes in the process.

    Far too complicated and far more complicated than need be ... and somewhere in this process I unknowingly changed my email password ... another unnecessary headache ...

    There are only 2 accounts required: one for the mobile/web app, and one for the forums/support portal (here). The support portal account is free, and it is hosted by Zendesk, which unfortunately makes implementing single-sign-on (sso) harder than it should be. It is a project that we have on the list to get to, but as we are small team, it always seems like other higher priority features (such as Mini 3 support) get put in front of it because there is already a working solution to this problem (just register another account which takes 30 seconds).

    Well, it seems I do have 2 accounts and my second account, on my Moto G Pure(Android version 11), locks up(?), after putting my "correct", password in ... when I put an incorrect password, the program correctly kicks me out and requests the password again ...

     

    So, it's good ... I have two accounts.  I only need to know if a DJI "Mavic", Mini works(as shown on one acceptable list or doesn't work per this list "https://www.dronelink.com/download".  (lists DJI Mini but not Mavic Mini)

    All Mini’s work. They’re all listed as series of drones like Mavic Pro series, Air series, Phantom series etc.

    I have had no luck getting DroneDeploy to work ... I will try again today(Monday/Memorial Day), but if it will not work, what can I do to get a refund?
