drone does not connect to dronelink dji
hi, i own a dji mini pro 3, you have recently developed the beta app, so I bought your app. I use the RCN1 with an Oneplus8Pro with OxigenOS 13 interconnect device which works fine with the Dji fly app.
The problem is that when I open the Dronelink DJI (v 4.5.1) app, I import the planned flight map on the web, but the drone does not connect to the controller in any way. Can you help?

Thnx for asking. However you must at all times force kill DJI fly app. They can't simultaneously access aircraft live video feed or telemetry.

i have disinstalled the dji fly but nothing changes
Did you install the APK from the beta article (not from the Play Store)?

Apologies, I didn’t see the other half of your post due to strange formatting.
Not sure what this is, but we have never tested it and that workflow isn’t supported.
so you think it's my android version? in which case should I just wait for you to develop it? or maybe i have to change some system settings? thanks
We do not have any plans to support OxigenOS
but is Android v13.0 !!!!
Are you saying that my oneplus 8 pro model IN2023_11 with android 13.0 kernel 4.19157-perf+ can't work?
I'm not saying it can't work, but we haven't tested it and we don't currently have any plans to do so.
