I would drop an email to support@dronelink.com explaining the problem and they'll get you sorted
You need a payed DL license first before signing up for Beta build I believe.
I have a paid license, the 50$ one. Somehow with numerals in my password, i was not able to log in on web or android, only iOS. With a letter-only password i was able to log in, both on my Huawei p20, and on my co-workers Samsung. Now my issue is that the Dronelink beta does not get any gps signal from the drone. If i swap to DJI fly, i had 23 gps connections, swap back to drone link, and i have 0 gps. I have video feed, i Can fly the drone, but i Can not Press “play”, i just get a warning that i need strong gps signal.
Still u've to run right Beta build app using MSDK v5 repository, allowing all permission grants, completely kill DJI fly app running.
Here's some additional DIY instructions:

The app in the Play Store does not support the Mini 3. You have to download the APK from the beta article.
I tried both the apk directly from the website, and now i have the opt-in for beta in play store. I have the “beta” badge/icon at the bottom right corner.
And ofcourse i tried: turning on, off, cable in and out, with DJI fly running, without it running. No other drone related apps open.
If this is where you currently installed from, it is the wrong app.
That "beta" version isn't designed for MSDK v5 unfortunately. Only one for Mini 3 series from APK download outside the Google playstore. Good luck!
Thanks, i will try it one more time
Furthermore I'm guessing that be eligible for download of APK from beta article, there's an authentication done to match the purchase of legacy license in Google playstore.
