service cancellation

On March 9 I was charged for the annual renewal of the service and that same day I requested that it be canceled because I have no longer been using the application. My application is 6097 and today I received the credit card statement, the consumption of that value. Please your help for the return of the payment and the cancellation of the annual subscription.
