dji m300

Steve Fines

Hi,

Reading through existing posts it sounds as though DL isn't going to fully support the m300 for some time. I get that - it is not a commonly used drone.

As a work around I'd like to export some of my DL missions and adapt them for DJI Pilot, which would require a kml file. To my knowledge DL doesn't do this.

Is there any type of converter that could do the Dronelink --> kml conversion?

I'm mostly interested in the mapping function to generate a waypoint kml that flies the same path.

thanks,

There is nothing that does this right now, but the Dronelink mission format is documented here, and one could right a converter in node using the dronelink-kernel.

Being able to export kml file sto the DJI M300 would be a super useful feature. I think the Dronelink system is excellent and I have used it with my DJI Mavic Air 2 and think it is great. Without any support for the DJI M300, I will probably have to switch platforms that support a kml export option. Then I would have a common platform to support the MA2 and the M3.

    Dronelink supports the M300:

Jim, my mistake. I should have said that I need Android support.

Android support will come when we launch support for the M3E and M30 with the new DJI SDK.
