The drone did not fly as planned.

Good Afternoon

My mission was planned to fly at 100 m altitude with terrain following. The drone flew over the mountain area. When the mission ended, I processed the image with agisoft photoscan professional program for mapping aerial photographs. I found that the drone took pictures at 299 m from sea level. The mountain is less than 100 meters high. So the drone should not take pictures at altitude more than 200 meters high. and the GCP target in the picture is smaller than ever. So I think that the drone did not fly as planned. So how do I fix it?

P.S. If it's necessary. My phone is IPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 16.2 version. And my drone is a Mavic Air2S.
