Dronelink team members, including the developers, actively monitor the forums on a daily basis and we typically respond within 24-48 hours.
NOTE: For billing and account related issues we offer email support for all accounts.
Private Support Conversation
If you need a private conversation, we do offer email support for Professional accounts, and for billing related issues for all accounts, and have a 24-48 hour turn around time during business days, but we will do our best to answer as quickly as possible.
Why should I post my question to the community forums?
The preferred support method is the forums, since the answers will be publicly available to help other users (this is how we are able to offer free support). The quality of the support is the same regardless of the method because it is the same team members that respond to both channels.
