This is the message I get on the Web App And on the Android App when trying to login I get  in RED  " There is no user record corresponding to this identifier.  The user may have been deleted. "

Thanks Jim, I keep on checking the email address and it is correct.  I downloaded the app and when opening a message pops up with 4 options.   Sign in with existing account or create an account are...
