Make sure you follow the instructions to download the Dronelink Bridge. A link is in the Export window. Mac or Windows version.

You can use the Dronelink Web app once you have converted it by exporting the DJI KMZ directly to the controller. Have you tried it this way ? If you did the you should select “Send to Controller”...

You added a second gimbal Channel which the drone doesn’t have. Deleting that second gimbal channel you added will fix the error.
