The only way to get it as fast as DJI is to do it onboard (similar to uploading waypoints), but that isn’t going to happen any time soon.

It appears the drone is at the altitude limit set in the firmware. If the mission is trying to command the drone to fly higher but the firmware is disallowing it, you might see this message.

DJI says the sensor is 9.75x7.24mm, but that haven’t confirmed the focal length and these numbers conflict with what you are saying anyway, so we have to wait for them to respond.
