Airdata Speed Data Error
Forgive me if this has already been addressed- I looked and didn't see anything. Since the latest update to Dronelink on IOS- my data going to Airdata is showing incorrect speeds- there may be other values off but this is the one that stuck out to me. I have a DJI Mini 2 and am running the latest version of firmware for the various devices and apps. I am including a link to a flight I did this past weekend- reference the max speed 3 mph. During the mapping run I know it was getting up to around 17mph at times. This does not just appear to be the max speed though when going through the values for the whole flight all appear to be incorrect. Thanks for the help in advance- awesome app- I am really enjoying Dronelink.

DL just uploads the DJI log files to Airdata and has no control over what is in the log files. Have you contacted Airdata support?
I haven't I just made the assumption that since the was a major update to DL when the issue started that was the best place to start but I will reach out to them and let you know what my findings are. After checking some comparison flights I am pretty sure what is happening is the decimal in the speed column is in the wrong place- a lot of my flight is showing 1.4 to 1.7mph when the values should be 14 and 17 mph. 3.0 mph would make sense for a 30mph return back to home speed after the map flight. Is there a way for me to download the raw data myself to glance through the logs? I was looking at both DL and Airdata; I don't see anywhere I can get that raw file?
Airdata has had several problems over the last could years since I started using it. Things like no battery temp or incorrect temp. I noticed the speed issue too and I’m sure it will get fixed. Last time I sent an email I never got a response but it was fixed within a few days or so. Airdata has several different ways to view a fight record. KML, GPX, CSV and original. Not sure if that’s what you were looking for.
No problems like that here, just checked this afternoons logs
Thanks everyone for sharing- I heard back from Airdata yesterday afternoon here is their response below- it appears whatever they have done it has corrected the values retroactively but I not able to test a new flight yet.
==============
It was an issue on our end and it is fixed now.
Alrdata still indicating incorrect speed on some previous flights. 0 to maybe 3 mph when it’s max speed was about 15 mph along most of the path. I’ll email them again. A couple I flew yesterday are correct so not sure why the older ones aren’t fixed. They usually fix issues quickly but something else is still wrong.
Martin. Have you checked older flights especially between Sept 18th to the 27th ? That’s the ones which are still not correct on mine. Just Curious.
Mike I've got some on 16th and 28th and they are all good, nothing between those dates though
