Just paid for an account with no way to access the App.
I have tried to resend the email verification but just not getting it. It is not in spam. I signed up for a starter account and am able to login to my account on my pc, but not login on the app as it says I need to verify the account. Not sure what to do here but wanted to try it out today. Does not look like that is going to happen.

Hi Bruce. I’ll try to help. I know DL has great support and will get it figured out if not me or someone else. From where did you download the app ? Apple, Google , DL direct download or using Beta app and which version ? Have you tried deleting the native app and reinstalling it ?

Account verification is not required to use Dronelink. Having said that, did you have a typo in your email address?

I keep on checking the email address and it is correct.
I downloaded the app and when opening a message pops up with 4 options. Sign in with existing account or create an account are 2 of those options. I would think that I would have to sign in to connect to the Web app so it can connect to my mapping mission plan? I did not know I could access without picking one of those 2 options.

Yes, you need to sign in with the email and password that you chose during registration, but it does not require your email address to be verified.
This is the message I get on the Web App
And on the Android App when trying to login I get in RED " There is no user record corresponding to this identifier. The user may have been deleted. "
